April 3, 2008 "Just writing to tell you that Abby is adjusting well to her new home. we have renamed her Onyx. Hopefully soon, I will figure out how to email pictures - then I can send you some. She loves to run inside our fenced pasture. She is still all puppy and still needs to learn her size. We love her and thank you for trusting us with her". "Hi guys! Just wanted to let you know that Peaches arrived home safely this evening after an uneventful car ride. I will send some better pictures when I get more taken but as you can see she does just fine with Madelyn. Bodie tried his best to get her to play in the yard but it was pretty cold and we will work on that more later. The ride home was so funny because Peaches had at least half of the seat in back and Bodie had about a tiny sliver of space and he was content to let her have that much room. Such a gentleman! She rode so nicely. We appreciate all the treats and food and her blanket. It is an honorable thing that you do with fostering animals. That would be tough to see them go. We are happy to have her fill an empty space in our hearts and home. We can already see her little personality emerging and can tell that she will keep things interesting around here! Thanks again!
